Following the success of the after-work sessions in the summer, Oliver will continue to run these sessions in the autumn. As the nights will be drawing in he will also be offering NEW earlybird sessions.

With the prospect of highering the age of retirement, employers and employees must take it upon themselves to keep the workforce healthy and productive.
